I have yet to begin to do this program yet I am bookmark very many parts of the book and plan on going back and following through with it this is actually a plan that I believe I can follow

The author talks about having a crisis when the alopecia he thought he self-cured returned. He had stubbornly refused to believe his doctors when they said there was no cure. Apparently, he thought he was smarter than them and thought he had managed to cure himself. He found out he was wrong.

Don't make the same mistake. Don't think this guy is smarter than health professionals. When he says you shouldn't believe doctors, that should be a red flag. Some of his advice may be good. He writes well and reads his own book well. But remember he is more of an entrepreneur than a real health expert. Don't blindly follow his advice or believe everything he says.

Quite a lot of info to take in just by listening. I bought the hard copy as well and found they were wonderful together. listened to the audible for a boost daily!

Short term change is everywhere, but long term change are found within the pages of this book. The exercise portion of the book is worth the price alone. Truly a whole program product.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Yup- way to much time was spent explaining how to do certain exercises. This does not play out well for an audiobook. Found myself fast forwarding

What could Yuri Elkaim have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

He should add a link to go online to review the exercises and left them out of the audibook.

What does Yuri Elkaim bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I liked hearing his personal experiences and story. The very beginning of the book when he discusses his own personal health issues was pretty touching and heartfelt.

Was The All Day Fat-Burning Diet worth the listening time?

Parts of it yes. When discussing fat burn, nutrition, metabolism, food choices etc. All great information. I just had a hard time when so much time was spent on exercise- it just doesn't hold your attention.

Book has lots of great advice and if anyone is looking to lose weight I am sure they can if they follow the program.
