Outstanding for leaders and teams

This book can take you as a leader, your employees and consultants to the next level in 2020. Reading and listening to books is an important common denominator amongst many superstar business leaders today.

There are so many hidden gems in The 7 Laws of viral Customer Service. I present all over the country and could see many K-12 school employees, first responders,
university staffs and non profit organizations transform a business style. Aaron Chavez knocked it out of the park. Love to see him present sometime.

Great tool for a business!!

This audible was great. First of all, I really like the narration. If you've ever listened to a book on tape or audible before you know the narrator of the book is very important! Secondly, this book would be an amazing tool for training employees! It's not long winded, and it's too the point, and it will help start people off on the right foot. I highly recommend this audible to anyone starting a business that will have employees or are looking to retrain curren employees. Very helpful!
