Helpful with caveats
Thank you to the author for putting together very helpful and positive perspective to owning and running a successful practice. There are a lot of tips. I picked up from this book, especially with regard to systems. The one caveat is that the practice model is that of a super dentist where specialty procedures are kept in house for the most part. This can take many years to incorporate, and real dedication to improving. Overall very helpful read.

The bits of wisdom here are amazing. These systems and guidelines for creating a solid patient experience and providing quality dental care are something that I believe any dentist can profit from learing.

Great book! Highest recommendation.
Although I'm personally a huge fan of narrator and renowned orator Steven F Mastney, Millian Quinteros does a great job of bringing Dr. Etchison's thoughts and ideas to life in this all around excellent audio book.

Amazing book with comprehensive blueprint!
I heard Dr. Etchison while on Dr. Dave Maloley’s podcast, in which Dr. M. highly recommended and vouched for this book. I decided that I would give it a try, and I was very impressed! Let me tell you, I have invested a LOT of money into good coaching, and this book had so many of the EXACT SAME pointers that I got from my high-paid coach! All for $15 instead! I am thinking that the author must have been in similar Mastermind groups or something as my coach. What a great book with dozens of very valuable secrets. HIGHLY recommend!
