I like the way this book is set up! In the accompanying PDF the author explains how this book can be used. She compares it with exercising and the different levels you can reach. Each person can figure out for themselves at what level they're at in life and how they can move forward from that point on.
The book helps with letting things go that hold us back in life, but also hones in on how you can create a good balance and better your relationships with people, but also your self-worth. Recommend for anyone that is willing to take a look at their own life and is open to change.

Like listening to a friend
I offered this book to my wife. We have recently gone through a difficult event in our lives and going through depression. I think this book really picked her up. She said she really enjoyed the pace and soothing voice of the narrator. It was like listening to a very good friend who had gone through the same hardships as you and giving you actual practical advice on how to get out of the rut. Would definitely recommend it.

Ladies, you need to listen to this.
Why am I reviewing a self-help guide for women, you may ask? Well, I didn't read the subtitle. But after listening to it for a few minutes and realizing what it was, I showed it to my wife and we both listened to it together; and we enjoyed it. This is a heartfelt account of a woman's journey to self-improvement turned into a guide to womanhood, which is exactly what I would like my future daughter to be exposed to when she becomes an angry teenager who won't listen to her lame dad's advice. When that time comes, I will have her mother give it to her. Now, even if you already passed your angsty teen stage, it is worth your time. If you feel you have lost your way or realised that something needs to change in your life, have a listen to this, ladies.

So Thankful for this Book!
I so appreciate that the author is coming from a place of helping women to find their value and that the things she learned in life, she was willing to share with all of us. What a powerful and relevant book! As women, we all need to support each other in finding our power to improve our lives and share this with others! The tools in this book are priceless and necessary. I totally appreciate the chapter on balance. Having a full-time job, along with hobbies, friends, and a family, this was integral for me.

Very insightful
This book is really comprehensive and easy to understand. The author has covered almost everything you need to know for your self-growth. And the good part of this book is that every person is at a different level of their life, but this book is narrated in such a way that it does not matter where you are in your life, but you can catch up from there, and there is definitely something for you in this book. For me personally, I like the idea of setting boundaries for yourself so that you can value yourself more and avoid those energy vampires. Overall it great book. There are many good insights about setting your goals, which aligns with your personality, maintaining balance in your life, etc. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
