Sweet story. Great narration.

Loved Lucas and Lia’s story. This is a great love story with real life roadblocks. It was a pleasure listening to how they handle their issues and get to a beautiful ending.
Sweet story. Great narration. No cliffhangers. HEA.

What stood out the most was how poorly the female reader performed.

The story was okay but the female voice and her performance really dragged the story down. She just wasn't up to other female performer's voices in other audiobooks. The story was cute but nothing monumental. Sadly, she brought the whole story down.

Great writing, horrible narrator

I really want to like this book. The writing is good, and the author did a great job with character building. The female narrator reminds me of Joey’s agent, Estelle, from the show Friends. I couldn’t finish the book because I couldn’t listen to her. Such a bummer.

SWEET!!

This was a sweet story about a candy maker which made it cute, sweet and sexy!

It was a good story to listen to. Almost too steamy . HA! It was entertaining. Cannot wait to listen to the next book.

Good story!

Didn’t love the female narrators “male” voice she just read faster in his voice the accaent not my favorite but it was more the speed and cadence. But I liked her regular voice. The story was pretty good good. I’ll definately try more in the series.

wish the narration was better

It was a great story but the narrators, especially the female sounded more like a computer. I will listen to the next one because I liked the story. Hopefully, the narrators will be different.

Too much promiscuity. Could not relate to characters

Too graphic for my taste, sex scenes are too descriptive for my taste. The actors did an OK job, but the storyline was not what I care for.

Specification of Details

The details were so descriptive I could imagine exact scenes. The sexual descriptions literally made me blush a few times.

it’s definitely.. a book!

i liked the general storyline of this but i hated how the two main characters would be having an emotional heart to heart and then right after they’d get it on… it was very cringey. also didn’t love how the book started out, it doesn’t make sense that he was THAT obsessed with her when he barely knew her.
