1 Year Since Reading This Book & Alcohol Free
This book really works. I started listening to this audio book with no expectations. After understanding the machine behind alcohol in our society I lost the desire for it. I have increased energy, better sleep, and more money in my pocket. I am proud to have made it a year without a single drink and no desire to ever have one again. Good Power of Suggestion
I found it very helpful that the author used the power of visual suggestion to make me view alcohol in a whole new light. By viewing it as a toxin, and understanding how to break its addictive hold, I feel I can conquer this addictive substance, and no longer enjoy or want it.

It works!!!!
I am a social drinker or I thought. But I wanted to stop! I tried many ways and nothing worked I made every excuse in the book. I chose this audio book because I wanted to stop drinking now!!!! The day I purchased it I was traveling to a tidal shower and at the shower they were serving wine and cocktails and I looked at those drinks as poison it’s only been 5 days but I have not even had the desire to drink. I am listening to the book over and over it’s the first thing that has ever worked in years. I am not tired and I have so much more energy everyday if you think you drink too much you probably do and this book will help you stop.
