Fastenatingly Work!

all I can say is I've never been a, well, it's not that I didn't believe? I just think I didn't really have the knowledge, so I did not believe in hypnosis. I have listen to very many meditation authors, and all have different tones, teaching you to either go into a meditation state of mind or hypnosis. briefly, my minds neurosensors were destroyed by psych drugs, because me ex wife was a government nurse. she found a psychiatrist and diagnosed me to him via email and he did what she said. I did that for 3 years! without a single test of any kind? I ended up a fraction of my being so I quit. I fired them both and was blessed enough to find a mental health clinic and found the most wonderful and committed doctors. after all the tests my medication was drastically changed to what had help changed my life. during my time of pain, I even got crippled physically and tried to self medicate my way away from the terrible osych drugs I never needed, and one was alcohol. as to the authors of all if the books I have listened to Craig Beck is, to me, the utterly best, to kindly and gently down into hypnosis. to this date I can't even scientifically proven it? all I know is he is very special, as a person, and you can tell. I only heard what was happening the first time. the rest I was totally out, in peace. as for the alcohol? every time it comes to mind at the home or store, my inner being says "It's Poison. Stay away" and I do so in peace. it is not a struggle.. I have gone through the method twice now. the one time I did drink, when I awoke the day day, I woke up with every joint in my body hurting, like I have been poisoned. I wish everyone that has a problem with alcohol would simply be in your journey away by listening to this audio book thank you for listening and thank you Craig!

Great Book

I loved everything about this book. Good way to stop drinking 🍸 I recommend it.

Nice compilation

Glad to see all these hypnosis sessions in one place without having to dig through chapters in the book

zzzzzzz BAM!

The structure of this audio is not spaced properly. So at the end of one session, the audio should end and I go to sleep. It’s trying too, but doesn’t quite get there, and goes into the next chapter by a few seconds.
When you’re in this deep state of relaxation and the 1.5 second mis-timed chapter starts, it rattles your cage with the opening sentence of the next chapter in a loud and jolting start of the next rendition.
Then it shuts off like it should, but only after a few seconds. aaaahhhhh!!!!

Really works

I started listen to this on February 24th in bed for the night for a month and since then I have not have a drink. It is amazing. My husband has beer and wine every night and I don't feel the urge at all. I have been to a couple of family gatherings where alcohol is always present and consumed by everyone and I simply don't want it. 3 months sober!

Effective yet a little cheesy

I really feel like this is genuinely working. I wish however that the author would rewrite some parts of the dialog. And if our when it is recorded again he reads in more of a relaxing tone of voice. He sounds like a morning dj on a radio station.

For some reason, it seems to work. Some of the suggestions have stuck into my head.

Trying, let’s say trying. I’m doing a very good job. I must say. But it is true. Alcohol does lie. I am not drinking alone. It’s been about two months. The first time I listen to it. There were some affirmations that stuck with me overall I am pleased and will continue to listen to it. I bought some more of Craig Beck. Generally, I think they all work but the ones that are super fast are a little too fast. but on the whole, I’ve only been out with my family maybe three times in the last two months. I had one or two drinks which is way out of my normal. This includes over the holidays. November, December, January.

Bring back the old track

The MP3 track that Craig said would always be free, disappeared from his website.

The link is broken now. But that's okay. It's helped me so much I decided I would just buy it from audible if it's no longer free.

I don't mind paying for the track that has been so beneficial.

This track, however, is not the one I am used to. It sounds like he updated it, and, it is the farthest thing from relaxing.

He sounds angry on this recording, and takes you through none of the relaxing imagery the previous hypnosis mp3 had.

This was a disappointment, and, since I paid money for it, is non refundable. Please bring back the original hypnosis track.

Total Junk - Wasted Credit

I can't believe I wasted a credit on this. it's 14 minutes long repeated twice. I bought it based on reviews but received nothing that the reviews spoke of. It is anything. BUT relaxing. Voice, tone... quite disturbing actually. very disappointed in this purchase.
