Definitely worth a listen

There are many observations in this book that are enlightening and some.of the spirit hacks really seem as if they would be useful. It would be great if there was a recap of those at the end or if the audible technology afforded a way to collect the details of each ritual so it could be accessed separately (I know I'm not going to go back thru the entire book to find them and then create lists of materials but if that existed I might use it).

Regarding the tone and content, some of the author's assumptions (that all doctors prescribing medication get giant kickbacks) are overblown or inaccurate. Just as judging a shaman for living in the Hollywood Hills is small-minded, so are many of the judgemental absolutes he puts forward about how ALL of some aspect of humanity is ONE way. (Usually bad). The notion that we all collectively create reality is true but his solutions (dream bigger, don't litter, hug the right way) really don't solve those problems. I pick up other people's litter and the littering just continues. I may do everything "right" by his terms and yet the world is still a mess. So what then? While I appreciate the remarks on fake spirituality and the shallowness of certain pervasive trends, too much energy is spent bashing fakery, and not enough on deeper journeys of the self. The examples of how certain clients were helped (the financial wizard who was miserable comes to mind) by his process are the most helpful as are the passages on alignment. I suppose I was hoping to hear things I hadn't heard before (the matrix is evil, government doesn't protect us, etc.) and more traction in the takeaways. But instead, I remember very little of the positive techniques I was hoping to gain. What resonates is a endless litany of how awful we are, which I do not believe was the author's intent. But you should decide for yourself.

just read it

it's sooo good! I bought the physical book so I could read the guided meditations. I like to listen when I'm doing things so I was never ready but he really changed my perspective and enlightened me on how to tackle the world. manifest the shit out of what you want with confidence and clarity

a must read for all humans

can we teach this in school now? but for real needed this awakening spiritually and permission to believe what I know is true. now to read this again bring in more spiritual practice to my daily life and take action. do yourself a favor buy this for yourself and gift it to others as well

I enjoyed this non sugarcoated spirit message. In a world lacking straight up truth I found Shaman Durek refreshing on point as himself an example of being that I respect. He’s the real deal. Thank you

Hello World!! Shaman Durek woke up my soul!!

I absolutely loved this book. Especially , in Shaman Durek's voice. I laughed, cried , at times looked crazy while gardening and listening to Shaman Durek .I was responding back like he heard me. very serious when I tell you Shaman Durek was so on point and really did wake up my soul up . it literally put a fire if inspiration up my ass .hearing his personality made it even better. funny thing is I rarely watch TV and never during day. so happen the minute I did Shaman Durek was on doctors. I have studied numerous healing modalities. other Shamans books and courses upon courses. this is the first book and first being that gave me the jolt I knew I needed and had been wanting for years. ever so grateful. thank you for your bluntness and honesty about society. we need to hear it . everyone globally before it is too late. thank you. I have shared about your book to as many as I could. even in grocery store and home Depot. you are the breath of air we need. love you and deeply grateful I listened to your book . hearing you made the difference. lots of love laughter to you. proud of you putting it all out there. father was scared for you taking your destiny so young. pride and the ego can put fog over those we love. parenting is forever and always learning Even after our kids are grown. we want to protect our babes from any harm. which sometimes turns out to be from the parent themselves. duh like you don't Know this already. 🙈 your father is very proud of you maybe little envious 😉. praying you get to hear it and feel it from him. hugs and giggles from a new forever fan that you inspired. my youngest is listening now. she wrote an essay at 10 years old about how everything happens for a reason . she had the judges crying and laughing all in one. was given her first of numerous college scholarship before highschool. to others they said survivor victim. blah blah blah. she said I'm human and I don't give credit or energy to abusers. I thank him in my heart for changing our lives and now my family will help others and educate others. most of all he gave my mother the opportunity to have the love of her life father for her children and not just a father to me but an example of true love and what father and spouse should be. Shaman Durek you are so so real and true what you wrote. I'm sure my daughter will have quite the review herself. hugs to you

Shaman Durek always blows my mind

I have re-listened to the entire book 3 times already because it is truly powerful!

The wisdom brought forth by Shaman Durek is always mind blowing, but in this book it's magnified! It has made me revisit pieces of me that I had buried, helped me transform many negative patterns, and embrace my own power.
It felt as if he were reminding me of all that I knew in previous lives but had forgotten through the systems in place today.

This isn't for the weak or fragile. Shaman Durek is an in your face, break you down to build you up type of leader. But once you find your own power there's no going back. If you're a skeptic, I challenge you to read this!

I FEEL better after every listen-- and that makes this a #1 for sure!

Shaman Durek talked about information I've been trying to find for years and couldn't. I'd write more, but I'm busy starting this book over againo audible because it's life!
