I loved when he calls the 4 directions to open the book and calls them back at of the book the end to close it

I enjoyed this book because of the soothing narration and his insights on shamanism and the guided meditations

like shape-shifting smoke

At first I was tempted to return this book, it had too many disjointed fragments but I stayed with it and slowly came to see the pieces swirl together. There's plenty of solid useable information if your interested in participating in or curious about your Spirit journey. I will continue with this author.

I love when the author reads the story it brings the book to life ! Albert Villodo is an amazing author and speaker. His stories are so interesting and enlightening!
This book is great for someone looking to heal from past wounds and learn about the 7 chakra system and how our energy operates :) I just bought another one of his books “Soul journeying” —I plan on collecting all of his books to learn more about Shamanism:)

There is a lot of good information. I’ve attended many of the authors' online events and training. The information here is part of what he teaches in his classes. Listen to all they teach here and if you want to know more or be trained attend one of their training sessions before trying any of them on another person.
