My Spirit animal
Dont know if what happened on my first run was outer body but i did go up and meet my spirit animal a seal. Odd though he morphed into different animals which startled me and i had to take deep breaths to calm myself down. He also helped me calm down. He was very understanding i was there just to meet him. I also told him what my intensions were going forward in other trips to meet with Sammy. My goal is to be a healer and to lead with Love ❤️ for all loving life.

Slow down
It was very informative however the drumming was way too fast for me. It was as if I had to hurry. Kind of like being in a movie and you don't know what is going to come out at you. This is not what I expected. Eventually I was able to get in to it. It would have been nice to have a bit of a slower pace drumming. It would have also been nice to have some silence to be able to seek out what is needed to be seeked. Then have the drumming pick up at pace to leave.

Using the drum track over and over!
Love having the drum track accessible for any time. I’ve journeyed with it over and over.
Love Sandra Ingerman as a shamanic teacher.
I do think some of the explanations are slightly outdated, and could also use a bit of expansion, but very useful overall.
Definitely recommend!
