Good - I listen often
It would be nice to have a supplement on patients and their experience. Anyhow, finally a book that harnesses the miracle of self healing. We need more on this as sicknesses become more resistant to our pills.

Powerful tool
Drs. Weil and Rossman do an excellent job of explaining the power within us to assist in our own personal healing and the importance of being an active participant in the process. Most powerful of all is in audio book where Dr. Rossman leads 3 guided imagery sessions. These give you practice at harnessing the power of your own mind to calm and heal. Good stuff!

Favorite guided imagery exercises
I really like this book. I’ve listened to it a couple times but mainly keep revisiting the 3 guided imagery exercises in the second half. I use these all the time! They’re really helpful for self healing, coming to insights, and allowing my body to fully relax. Super helpful for stress relief!

Excellent Guided Imagery
I spent several years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist but had forgotten this amazing tool for myself. I had great success with being able to turn down my anxiety from what started as VERY high to feeling very calm. And that feeling lasted all day. It reminded me of the power of the mind and the ability of self healing. This tape is a true gift.

I listen to this night after night
Have you ever rediscovered a book? This one resurfaced for me when I was worn out and overexcited—a losing combination—a couple of weeks ago. The soothing voice of Dr. Gurgevitch reminded me how helpful his healing meditation exercises had been for me years ago. They are helping me just as much today.
