Thinking something does not make it true. Thoughts are often reflexes, so if you have negative thoughts about yourself and your abilities, that doesn't mean that you are any less capable of worthwhile. Meditation teaches you to recognize these thoughts for what they are: just thoughts.

And remember, give yourself time with learning meditation. It can be difficult in the beginning...it takes a lot of mental energy to change your way of thinking and allow yourself to focus. A must read

A book that actually helped me! It seems quite a miracle after spending a small fortune on other books. i think it is because it gets to the point I just wanted to get the point and help me…which is what this book did. Great audiobook, recommended! 5/5

Confidence Boost

I really was looking for something to boost my confidence. Confidence at my job, with women, or even just feeling good about myself. I started falling asleep to this at night. It's actually working. I feel way more confident. I'm not feeling so negative about myself.
