About this listen

The sense of position and movement is often called the sixth sense; the brain’s connection to the immune system might be a seventh. In this audiobook, we examine the diverse functions of the brain beyond the five senses, including the glymphatic system for maintaining brain health, the processes behind intuition, and new research raising questions about “brain death.”

A very good read.

Informative, refreshing , and challenging, I previously subscribed to this magazine. I am a stroke, glaucoma, PFO, and PTSD survivor. Engaging articles like these are my weapons of choice. Thankyou.

Very informative

This was so informative, and so glad to find out that sleep is so very important for so many reasons. I sorry I listened to this about 4 times, just trying to get as much out of it that I could.

Fascinating neuro research

An excellent compilation of articles in the field of neuroscience. It was fluently read, but the narrator sounded like an android.

I really and deeply enjoyed every chapter.

Truly engaging. A must read. Also to whom that wrote it, and to whom that helped with the information. Thank you.
