About this listen

Natural, Unprocessed Sea Salt contains the same 82 minerals and trace elements that are in your body. Your body constantly need a resupply of some of these minerals and trace elements. Consuming some natural unprocessed sea salt provides this resupply. We show you how to inexpensively get this salt. Satisfy your salt craving will improve your health.
The table salt that you buy in the grocery store has been chemically stripped of all minerals but sodium chloride (these 81 stripped chemicals are then sold separately to the chemical industry). Thus your body is deprived of these valuable nutritonal elements, many of which are necessary for a balanced health.
So we show you how to fix this problem. We show you where and how to inexpensively locate "organic" table salt, pure natural unrefined sea salt that will provide your body with the full range of nutritional elements that you need.
Interesting point: It is a historical fact that, during WWII, the Russian government ran short of blood plasma to treat its wounded soldiers. So they carefully filtered sea water and successfully used it as a blood plasma replacement. As they found, sea water and your blood have the same chemical makeup.

salt ain't always salt

informative book. biggest takeaway for me was that modern industrial style salt is missing a bunch with added. bad stuff. natural salt has the trace minerals we need. filtered ocean water was the first saline I've in world war 2. apparently they replaced a dog's blood with the sea water entirely and the dog was ok. I'm convinced that I need salt to make water work right. too much sugar fights salt. processed salt doesn't fight back.
