Wish I'd read this sooner!

A must read for anyone considering investing in real estate. I've learned the hard way.. Bought and made money. Bought and lost money when I had to evict tenants that had trashed the place and bought and held because the person I added to the deed in exchange for fixing it up, refuses to sell. Great, practical advice for the novice or experienced pro. Get this before you make your next purchase and avoid the common mistakes many people, myself included, make! .

Great book for real estate!

I’ve been wanting to purchase a residential investment property for the longest time but never thought I was ready. I finally found a book that helped me understand everything I need to know before making my purchase. It’s packed with good and useful information for long term investing. I’ve learned so many tips that I’m more confident now to move forward with real estate investing.

This book was information dense. Some chapters were easier to listen to than others but overall much easier than if I were reading it myself. Liked the conclusion that summarized everything at the end. Overall good listen.

Residential Real Estate Investing 101: The Definitive Beginner's Guide to Single and Multifamily Rental Property Investing”is an audiobook that takes you by the hand and go with you through a detailed process to assessing and investing in an asset. I came across this book on the internet and I had the interest of listening to it because I always had the intention of knowing how to invest in residential real estate. Thanks to the author for time and his explanation, I would say this book is one in a million. How to overcome the obstacles in the residential real estate are ones that really caught my attention. A+ recommended

I was a RRE noob before this audiobook!

Chris thank you very much for this audiobook, I was an RRE Noob but not anymore!
I learn a lot of tips and secrets about research markets and generating effective leads, financial documentation, how to acquire capital for a downpayment, and easy formulas to evaluate properties. Your experience of how to buy and manage the acquired properties was invaluable those were "the cherry on top" for me.

I recommend this audiobook for anybody who wants to learn about residential real estate investing. Thanks again!

Informative Resource on Real Estate Investing

I came across this audiobook bundle “Residential Real Estate Investing 101: The Definitive Beginner's Guide to Single and Multifamily Rental Property Investing” which is great because I’ve always wanted to know about the ins and outs of investing in Real Estate. I only have a general idea on how the process works, but not really a detailed idea, and so this title is able to give me the info I need.

With this audiobook, I am able to have a resource on how to invest in Residential Real Estate. I initially am focused on learning about Single home properties but then the good thing about this title is that even Multifamily rental properties are also part of the scope of the audiobook. I can always move over to that topic after I learn about the Single property investing.

Lessons such as “The types of properties that make the best investments”, “How to increase the appreciation rate of your property”, “The number one mistake even multimillionaires make - and how to avoid it” and “How to overcome the biggest obstacle to residential real estate success” are ones that really caught my attention. This title is definitely worth listening to. Tons of value in the area of learning Residential Real Estate Investing.

Full of Great Stuff

Great guide to get you started in the best investment area. My husband and I have been investing in real estate for some time. This book is a great tool filled with many useful tips even for the experienced investor. The narration is great and easy to listen to. Really recommend you give this one a shot, information may help change your perspective on investing.

As an online business owner, I have been looking at trying my hand in another income stream to diversify my wealth. Of course, real estate comes to mind. This brilliant title empowers the listener with confidence and wisdom and instills the mindset that one does not have to be a lavish millionaire to reap the everlasting benefits of real estate. Explosive results into my bank account. IT WORKS.

I can do whatever I want now. If I want to take time off with my family I can. Or if I want to build my net worth and become a millionaire, I have that freedom now. Bottom line is I quit my soul sucking job after years of struggle, heartache and yelling from my boss. I don't have to answer to ANYBODY!!! That feeling alone with worth 100x what I paid for this book. Of course this all took several months.. But without this book I would not be here. The knowledge in here was literally the key to happiness for me. Investing in my happiness was the best decision I ever made, because I can deal with the discomfort of taking the step towards real estate but I can't deal with the regret of wondering "what if I I pursued real estate".

First of all, I love the narration on this book. Great voice, easy on the ears and very clear to understand.

Other than that the book is great as well! A very clear, easy written and understandable guide on real estate investing. A guide that I very helpful to beginners in this business, like me. It shows strategies on how to become financial free by using strategies for passive income. After reading this book I'm less doubtful as to weather I should go into real estate investments or not. I should and I will. I have a clear understanding now of how to go about it and what's important.
