This book is fantastic. Buy it for any young adults in your life. Don't get me wrong, I still got a lot out of it if in my 40s. It's concise. It's smart. It's a great tool. Well narrated too. Would recommend!!!

There was a lot of detailed info in this book. I just sold my house and now understand a title but more about the specific loans and other details that most people don’t put a lot of research in. Definitely going to keep this for the future!

I wish I was younger

I just entered the market to buy a home last week, so this audiobook hit it on the head. I agree with the title...I should have bought younger. In particular the chapter on offers and "now that you're a homeowner" gave me interesting insight that I wouldn't have known to ponder beforehand. The narration is easy to listen to, but I definitely needed to speed it up!
