Excellent!

I’ve lived in and bought 3 houses during my lifetime as an adult. Never did I have this much information and insight to buying them. If I have to buy another I feel more confident in my abilities and knowledge to do so. The author did an excellent job putting this information together. It was very easy to understand. Great book for someone who is looking to purchase a house…

What wasn't this a class in High School?!

Oh boy, did I need this book. We have been saving for a house, and using calculators in the internet that we don't understand. We have gone to open houses and walked around like idiots. What should we be doing?! That's exactly why I sought this book out, and it delivered. I feel really excited to take the next steps and buy that house. I know a lot more about what to do and (more importantly) what NOT to do. Recommend!

I am not a first time homebuyer but I am currently selling and looking to buy. The process can seem complicated when you are not familiar and sometimes you don’t get it the first time around either - enter me! I have learned a bit more from this audiobook like how to plan ahead, know where you stand before you make your move and the importance to connect with the right professionals.

I've been looking into buying my first property for a long time but the thought of it makes me nervous. Home buying is probably going to be the biggest purchase I ever made. I'm glad that I got this book, because it helps me understand the financial part of purchasing a home better. Definitely lift some weight off my shoulder. I appreciate the author insights on how to conduct home inspection. As a woman, I have heard horror stories from other female home buyers. Overall, I enjoy the book and would recommend it for other first time home buy.

Buying home is one of the most hectic and challenging thing to do nowadays !
