This book presents the information in a very orderly and simple understandable manner. Lou gives step by step guide that makes it more palatable even as a side business. This is a must-read for anyone who is thinking about real estate as an investment and wants to learn how to get started.

Great for learning how to do real estate

Every time I heard of real estate investing, I cringed. I always think that it's the investment that's right for me, because of the high financial barrier for entry. After listening to this book, I find real estate investing more feasible. Not saying that I will be going into real estate tomorrow but I'm definitely planning to start one. The book is filled with a lot of valuable information, taking from step 1 to creating a real estate business. I'll definitely have to revisit it as I make my progress toward my first investment. I like that the book covers the glossary for flipping terms. They were very helpful for newbie like me. I also appreciate the author talking about the pitfall to avoid.

I've wanted to be a homeowner for a long time. I've wanted to flip houses for even longer. I always had the excuse that I didn't have enough money to do it.
