One of a kind

This was a motivating book that I use to prepare for a health mindset. Repeating the affirmations, and applying them has allowed me to focus on achieving the results I desire. I found it to be such a comfort to know that I can take this along with me while I workout, prepare meals, and recover after a long day.

I highly recommend this book. Not just women but anyone who is serious about the health journey. Not only to achieve a Fab body but to achieve total wellness.

Get a New Healthy Lifestyle

Crash diets and insane workouts seldom work in the long-run because it's hard to keep them going. The reason I really like this audiobook is because it focuses on overall health and living a lifestyle that leads to a healthy body and mind.

I found this book refreshing and helpful. The affirmations are motivating, but the changes in mindset and self awareness are where the gold lies here. When you decide to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle, the weight and body you want come as a nice side effect.

so positive and truly helps!

Things I loved about this audiobook:

1. I thought the affirmations were relevant and original to the topic, so thankful for this!

2. I found the affirmations about food and nutrition to be the most helpful for me personally because I can discipline myself to do the workout, but controlling what I eat has always been the issue.

3. The narration was really relaxing, making this a good book to wind down with as you're wrapping up the day.

5 stars! I recommend this to those looking for another layer of help in your weight loss journey.

Great Daily Tool to Get Strong and Healthy!

The author has done a great job including affirmations and encouragements to help you go through your weight loss challenge!

The narration is very upbeat, hopeful and just the right length. I enjoyed listening to this audio book while starting my day and I've been coming back to listen again, during my work out sessions, a few times since then.
