This is by far the best affirmation/hypnosis audiobook I’ve heard so far. The reader’s voice is calm, easy to listen to, and not ethereal.

This book is well worth buying
I do not regret buying this book. It really motivated me a lot to think differently and to realize the reasons for my cravings for sweets and junk food. I will literally put into practice what I learned with such valuable information.
