new author for me!

I'm normally not a big sports fan, but this was fantastic! Great balance of romance, humor, sports, and suspense. The narration was fantastic!

I never leave reviews but…

I wanted to like this sooo much but the FMC is so aggravating. I understand to some extent but dude stand up for yourself! And her dad is a complete a**hole who is blind to all the crap his employees put her through in guise of “testing” her. I couldn’t finish this.

If you like FMC that have a backbone (or gain one) this may not be for you, save your money/ credit.

An original story with decent narration.

This is Max and Rory’s story which begins with them surviving a plane crash together! Nope never read that storyline before so was happy for something a little different. There was hilarious word vomit from Rory as the plane went down and some tender care and support from Max. They part ways but are brought back together by work. Secrets galore and plenty of steamy sneaking around to eventually find their happy.

The narrator was a little slow for my liking but that was easily solved with a smidge of a speed up. She did a good job of giving us all the emotions and funny moments. A decent audiobook worth listening to.

There is plenty of balance in this story, funnies, feels and heat.

Amazing Story!

I've heard so many great things about this series, really glad I picked up the audio book. The narrator was awesome, usually I prefer when there are 2 actors but this was so good!

Lighthearted read.

First time reading / listening to this author and I enjoyed it. This story had some ups and downs but held my interest. The single narration was not bad when listening 1.8x.

Man, this was a story that I was hoping would continue into another book. I’d love to keep following this couple!

Best Hockey Story

I was so entertained with this story. It had my emotions and attention throughout. I smiled, laughed, almost cried, and was intrigued and surprised. I love a story that is multifaceted. It dealved into all angles and explored them well. I haven't been so surprisingly impressed that I had to leave a review in some time. I appreciate this author.....

Great story

Unanticipated twists chapter after chapter, finished this book in just one day. Highly recommend, starting the second book in the series tomorrow.
