Didn’t Finish - Female Narrator
I tried. I really did. The story seemed somewhat interesting, but TBH I mainly purchased this book for Jacob Morgan. It was the female narrator who ruined it for me, and she narrates 75% of the book. Her voice is too low and mature for a young nanny, but the biggest issues are her lazy enunciation, lack of inflection, and nasaly tone. She slurs words together in a monotone nasaly voice. Highly bizarre for a professional voice actor. Jacob is exact opposite - warm, expressive with a very attractive tambour. I wanted to finish it to hear him act, but I just couldn’t.
