Story
When a young man is found gruesomely murdered in a London houseboat, it triggers questions about three women who knew him. Laura is the troubled one-night-stand last seen in the victim’s home. Carla is his grief-stricken aunt, already mourning the recent death of yet another family member. And Miriam is the nosy neighbor clearly keeping secrets from the police. Three women with separate connections to the victim. Three women who are – for different reasons – simmering with resentment. Who are, whether they know it or not, burning to right the wrongs done to them.

Story
Ava only left her daughter in the pushchair for five minutes. The buckle was fastened, and she was sure it was safe. But when she came downstairs, the door was open and Abi was gone - she walked down the road, past the Lovegoods' house, and was never seen again. A year later, the Lovegoods throw a housewarming party, showing off the results of their renovation. Ava doesn’t want to go. She can’t bear to look down that end of the road, to see the place where Abi vanished, and she doesn’t want to spend time with people who don’t share her grief.

Story
Detective Finnegan Beck is called to a crime scene - a remote house near the rural Irish town of Cross Beg - where a dog lies whimpering beside his beloved owner’s body. At first it looks like a burglary gone wrong. But Beck spots something his colleagues didn’t. The victim, Eddie Kavanagh, was wearing his smartest clothes. He’d brushed his hair. And, on closer inspection, a small velvet box containing an engagement ring is discovered in his pocket, along with a letter to a nameless woman, which seems to suggest she’s in danger.

Story
Something evil lurks in the woods, on the outskirts of town. It lives in the shadows and strikes without warning, always with the same objective: to mutilate, kill and devour its victim. A monster with a cannibalistic craving for human flesh and a sexual appetite which, seemingly, cannot be satiated. No victim is left alive, and the scattered remains divulge very little to the police pathologist.

Story
Bess Campbell has escaped to the windswept Australian coastal town of Port Bannir, determined to begin her life again. Port Bannir local Margaret Gale runs an austere maritime museum, and rules her staff with an iron fist. Publisher's summary
The chilling sequel to Killing Me Softly.
DCI Greg Allison and Sergeant Mark Stringer.
Coppers overloaded with work are once again led down a path that twists and turns, bringing to light a female psychic, Holly, who has a physical and psychic connection with Tony.
Holly lives through the new slayings at a huge cost to herself, and when Tony’s mother recognizes she is being watched through Holly’s abilities, she turns her evil eye on the psychic.
A young woman, an amnesiac, is discovered wandering the streets of the city. She has been badly beaten up, and someone has gone to great lengths to prevent her identification. All the labels have been cut out of her clothes. Is she an innocent victim, or is there something more sinister in her background?
Young Ronnie Soper, truant and part-time thief, is caught by part of a brutal gang involved in a clever multimillion-pound antique fraud and subjected to interrogation and torture before being left for dead in a flooded quarry.
The mixture of seemingly unrelated cases are, however, inextricably linked.
As Mrs. Clifton battles for Tony’s release, more women are killed. The final crushing triumph of Tony’s mother in engineering her son’s release causes her own downfall. Her bloody rampage, including a Janey Jones-style kidnapping, achieves her aim...but in gaining Tony’s freedom, she loses her own. Will Tony be once more on the streets of Birmingham and free to kill again?

Story
In The Worst of You, just-wed architects Timo and Nia flee a murder scene, setting in motion a chain reaction of lies and betrayals that threaten to unravel everything they have built together. Twisted and propulsive, this thriller is told from the alternating perspectives of the couple and those close to them on Williwaw Island, each with their own motive to use the outcome of the murder case to their advantage. When a huge storm sweeps up the coast, trapping everyone on tiny Williwaw Island, it’s a race against time—and the elements — to stop the murderer from striking again.
