The Client Retention Handbook For Digital Marketing Agencies is the ultimate must-have guide for anyone running (or starting) a digital agency. While there are hundreds of books focused on "getting" clients, nobody tells you the harsh reality: If you can’t keep clients, you don’t have a business. So how do you get them to stay? Believe it or not, it’s not about results. Getting clients to stay with you longer boils down to three key elements referred to in the book as “the sticky triad”, and you have to get all your ducks in a row….

Deserves an A+
Having previously read several How To's, viewed several YouTube videos, and having wasted quite a few bucks (and a lot of time) on an online copy writing course, I am happy to have found John Davenport's Persuasive Copywriting Secrets.
A flawless narration by Mr. Lortie - I cannot imagine a more professional reading.
The book kept my full attention BOTH TIMES (so far).
Clear, concise - it covers the basics of copy writing without bogging down in excessive detail. I intend to keep it handy and to refer back to it often.

Perfect for someone just getting started.
This would be a great and quick overview for someone just venturing into copy writing. It talks more about the different WAYS to use copy writing rather than the HOWS so I thought the title was a bit misleading. However, even as an average copy writer myself I can say that I, in fact walked away with a few more pointers under my belt that I didn't already have from reading this book.
