In the ever-changing and unpredictable global environment, the ability of organizations to surround themselves with a capable workforce is vital for any small or large organization. Brad Wolff shines a bright light on this otherwise not so well capitalized recourse. Considering workforce optimization a paradigm shift, Wolff underlines the importance of planning a comprehensive approach for achieving this goal which would lead to convergence of the individual and organizational goals. Although in hind sight what Wolff has proposed in this book seem so obvious, coming up with the specific ideas, identifying the problem areas, and developing step by step solutions in a clear, concise, easy to follow way is a major accomplishment Wolff should be credited for.
