Great audiobook!

This audiobook was great listening to during my work day. So many great insights and ideas. Love how the author brings in self care and how important it is in business. Caring for us is so important for us to be able to be fierce in business.

Failed but I'll try again!

I'm really glad I got to read this book. It is a game-changing book that helps entrepreneurs like me bounce back from failures and succeed. It shows that resilience is not just about fancy software, but about having strong, determined people in the team. The book talks about hormesis, which means a little stress can actually make us stronger. It gives practical steps to build a resilient company culture, take smart risks, and solve problems. My favourite chapter is Chapter 4 where there is a self-assessment for me to figure out my ideal learning style. It was soo helpful and gave me new hope. Indeed, the only constant is change and we have to constantly learn and adapt. And it can be a very enjoyable process! The author's storytelling and examples make it easy to apply in my own business. I feel more confident and ready to face challenges, thanks to this inspiring book. i highly recommend this book!
