About this listen

Dr. Bennett Anderson accepts a short-term contract at a rural medical center to fill the gap year, before taking the high-profile job she’d put on hold while chasing a dream that had slipped away. In a deep-rooted community where everyone seems to know everyone else, Ben is an odditya stranger just passing through with no plans to build any ties.

Courtney Valentine is looking for a woman exactly like Bensmart, sexy, and not in the market for anything serious. All she has to do is convince Ben that sex-without-strings is the perfect pathway to pleasure. What could be better?

Narrator was Awesome, Author is One of my all time Favorites. This wasn’t one of the most interesting River’s novella’s. A lot of people were left Standing in A Field. Off to my next Adventure.

The main characters were developed and the story line plot was well written. Once thing I’ve noticed with this series and PMC series, everything evolves around food. I think that is adorable!

Good story

I love how Courtney and Ben got together because off the accident that happened with her sister and Ben had too help her with therapy and surgery on her legs.

Love too tell.

I do wish the story had been longer. Seemed like it finished in a hurry. The others in this series are more developed.

I love the rivers series

Have you ever read a radclyffe book you didn’t like? I don’t think I have. And this series is wonderful and I always look for new stories. I love the narration of Paige McKinney, she is very good at characterizing by voice.

Loved it

I’ve loved the Rivers series. It felt as if it missed a few chapters. It definitely would have been improved with an epilogue section. Maybe it means there’s a nice book 8 in the works.

Don’t get me wrong it’s written well. It’s great to see the characters back from other books. I’m hoping for some nice follow up in the next book.

Ok wanted more

I think this could have been better. Not much effort was put into this and the narration didn't help it. Hopefully Jane story will be better...

mmmmm

Horrible narration, not one of the writers best works, dragged out and jumped around to much
