About this listen

Have you ever been cut up by another road user? Have you have been stuck behind some idiot driving well below the speed limit? Have you ever had to swerve to avoid someone who hasn't used their indicators? Have you ever been served by rude staff members who clearly don't want to be working? Have you ever listened to just how rude old people can be? Ever got frustrated listening to the excessive open-mouthed chewing of someone sitting near you? Have you ever been cheated on by a partner?

Paul James has and...he's had enough. Armed with his trusty metal bar - the word "manners" etched into the side - he sets out on a journey to teach people a lesson once and for all. From Matt Shaw (Sick Bastards, PORN, Whore, Extreme Horror and Don't Read) comes a new violent tale of one man losing the plot and setting the world to rights - one cracked skull at a time.

Hooked on story from the start! Very well written and surprising conclusion! If this is an example of Matt Shaw’s talent, I want all the rest!

So WELL written!

This story was fast and furious. Matt Shaw took very little time and threw the reader directly into this story. At first I felt like I needed to play catch up with the story, but the pacing is fast overall providing a feeling of urgency. Luckily the main character repeats some of the details and it's revisited at the end. The fast pacing is actually part of the story which I understood by a quarter of the way in. A lot needed to happen in a short time. So basically hang on cause this is a very fun ride. Also very violent, but definitely fun. Those that feel rage get to live vicariously through this character for a short while until you can't. There's a twist at the end so be prepared.
