It begins with a few guided muscle group suggestions for the listener to complete, leaving the rest of the body to finish themselves. However, if you are in any way like me, you will find your mind wandering and never finishing.
The directions are paired with the "calming" sounds, that in my opinion, were anything but calming -- it was in a note a bit high for my personal relaxation.
