I don't think I could ever read this book, so I am glad I was able to listen to it on my daily commute. Kind of dry, but I think it holds a lot of structural solutions to negotiating.

I learnt so much from this book, but I almost did not listen because of negative reviews - that would have been a costly mistake.
For those who write bad reviews for no good reasons, please give yourself some moments of reflection and consider the impact of your feedback on others who truly wish to learn.

It can be quite challenging to work your way through these kinds of titles, but in this particular instance I found myself quite engaged.
