When two Stanford graduate students set out to create a new kind of cigarette that wouldn’t kill them, they didn’t foresee all the obstacles that lay ahead — or the powerful forces their invention would unleash. Nearly 10 years after the launch of the JUUL, Backfired: The Vaping Wars asks: Could e-cigarettes have been the solution to one of the world’s most pressing public health problems—or was this technology doomed to introduce a whole new generation to nicotine, and end up perpetuating an intractable addiction?

Calming and peaceful, well done.
My main intention in using these audios was to help me sleep. However, today I listened with earbuds while working on a project that requires a lot of focus and patience. Usually I can get frustrated in this kind of situation (working on something mechanical with my hands that requires creative solutions), but today I was pleasantly surprised that everything seemed to go more effortless and less agitating, despite having consumed double my normal caffeine.
I enjoy the combination of the peaceful nature sounds with the harmonious music and binaural beats. The blending of all these elements is noticeably calming and balancing. And it seems to be mixed professionally.
As a therapist I work with a lot of clients who are learning to regulate difficult emotions and who sometimes have difficulty sleeping. I will be recommending this audiobook as a useful resource for their toolbox.
The PDF included is a nice bonus.
Well done.

Be Still and Chill
Naturescapes is the balm for the anxious mind. I love this listen! I’ve used it to enhance my meditation and even to increase my focus and calm my “squirrel mind” when I work. I often wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble quieting my mind. So I reach for my earbuds and listen to a track to fall back asleep. The tracks are nice and long, and I'm always asleep before one ends. (Be sure to set a sleep timer to stop the track at the end.)
This recording comes with a bonus PDF chock-full of 51 special self-care tips and relaxing techniques to ease stress and help alleviate anxiety. Who can’t use a dose of stress relief these days?
