Great listen, loved the simple easy to implement routines. No heavy handed approach and the inclusion of some mental acuity was appreciated!

Generally good information

I found this book to contain a good variety of information about staying healthy and fit. There were a few distracting inaccuracies. For example, one of the diets that is supposed to have no grain allowed, suggested pasta salad as a meal plan option, which, of course, contains wheat in the pasta. That is just one example. I am a school teacher and notice things like that, such as when my students have AI write their papers for them and then just add in a few original words. The narrator did a fantastic job even with sometimes stilted writing and switching between multiple tenses (first person, second person, and third person). These are minor flaws that a good editor could help with. Otherwise, this is a good reminder of all the facets of staying fit and healthy. Again, kudos to a great narrator.
