Ten-year-old Solvei and her tribe of fire elementals, the áed, are on the run from those who hunt their kind, when an encounter with a Titan—a monster larger than mountains—leaves everyone but Solvei dead. Now alone, she makes her way into unknown lands where the skies pour down a fire elemental's greatest weakness: water. Between a dark fog that swallows cities; tall, bearlike people at war against technologically superior humanoids; and worst of all, the ocean, the world beyond the fire elementals' dry wastelands is anything but welcoming.

Great addition to the series!
Moon City Vice

I fell in love with the first book in the series, and this one, although not as humorous, is just as good. There are actions, conflicts, twists, a sentient talking robot dog (my favorite character), and sprinkles of humor throughout the book. I enjoyed the plot and characters.
The action happens on the moon. Never a dull moment!
