About this listen

Six radical ways to use your mind for healing, improving relationships, and inner calm!

Current research has proven that all matter is composed of energy - energy that never dies, only transforms. If we were able to perceive the full spectrum of energy around us, scientists say that we would discover entire new worlds, including alternate realities and parallel universes... where, some speculate, events of our lives that we have yet to experience have already taken place! In Mind Travel, Dick Sutphen takes you on an amazing journey into the unexplored realms of perception that exist all around you. Using deep relaxation techniques, Dick guides you into a state of altered awareness, a level of heightened consciousness that connects you with your natural psychic power, and gives you access to the mysterious 90% of your mind that is unused. In this altered state, you'll transcend time and space, exploring the past, accessing the future, and viewing remote present-moment events. You'll also hear real-life stories of people who have successfully journeyed beyond the realm of the physical and made remarkable discoveries.

Intriguing world of inner mind revealed

Making the science of how our minds work interesting, the author opens the doors to many exciting possible inner worlds with actual guided meditations. I enjoyed his soothing voice and plan on revisiting this audible over and over. I recommend this audible if you like exploring and expanding your mind.

Pretty Good, though not like his other titles

This recording has more dialogue and scripts, and not much meditation, but it is still good. Sutphen is a good teacher with a fabulous voice.

fantastic old school metaphysics

This is his best work. I love his recordings, most of them. I love the no talking one at the end.

Not for the traveler

Enjoyed listening to what was said after I realized that if you play it at 2x it sounds like normal conversation. Had to skip every other chapter because they are almost all soundtrack with a few words to help you meditate.
Need to listen with a grain of sand because author states matters of his opinion as if they are proven facts

It's best

It's my favourite. I could actually do remote viewing. It does work.. All sessions are great just like you are taking live sessions..

Not for an experienced meditator

I have to say the information in this book has got some great value but the narrator did some really awful job in the meditation sessions, when he is trying to put you in a state of relaxation he becomes really annoying and repetitive. Definitely not a mediation instructor with all due respect for the information that he provided, I would not recommend this book to someone who is already on meditation.
