What You Need To Motivate Yourself & Scale Up
Matt does a great job setting up the motivation to get someone started or if your business is already going, the drive to take it to the next level. It is not simply for the beginner or advanced. His advice will take you through the different stages of your business and how exactly to take massive action to keep it growing by leveraging technology and sound principles.
Million Dollar Plan does a great job of setting up strategies at both the macro and micro scale. It gives the big picture, which will help the beginner, but then it dials it in further for those who really want to drive it home. Plenty of personal anecdotes about his experiences that keep the pace of the book/audio going without it ever feeling like a typical dry, business manual. You'll enjoy it through and through without any lulls. The audio quality was top notch and honestly did not notice a single flaw in the audio. You'll find yourself going back to find sections that are definitely worth a second/ third/ fourth listen because the advice is so valuable. Definitely worth moving this up to the front of your reading/listening list.
