Valuable Read

This book really made me think through some of the lies I have become to accept about God and Christianity. I didn't care much for hearing it read aloud. Some of the structure of the book that wouldn't have bothered me if I were reading it on my own became obnoxious when hearing it read aloud. Since I didn't have time to sit and read it, however, that part of the performance was bearable enough for me to finish the book. Overall, I'm glad I finished it, which I couldn't have done without the audio version.

sound biblical advice with great application sugge

I loved this book. These ladies give sound biblical advice that is supported by scripture and then help you figure out how to apply it to day to day mama life! every Christian mom needs to read this!

I’m a dad but…

It doesn’t matter. Dads will still get allot of help after listening to this book. Dads are at home allot now and moms are working more, so roar like a Pappa Bear!

Just…WOW!

If you are a mom trying to raise your children to love Jesus, this book is a MUST READ. These women are such a blessing to the church. I could go on and on, but I will simply say thank you for all the hard work that was put into this. This book was so well written and helps me realize what I am up against as a mama bear. This war on our minds is serious business.

Great audio book

A must read for Christian parents !
The book is a basic book about apologetics it doesn’t go beyond that

Easy to understand and comprehensive

The writers compare modern worldviews with Scripture . Helpful discussion questions are at the end of each chapter.

I haven’t even finished, but it’s already a favorite!

This will definitely be listened to on repeat! I haven’t even completed it yet LOL!
the conviction I experienced within the first two chapters.. the better understanding of rather simple truths by the time I reached chapter 6.. the reassurance that I really do need to teach my children apologetics.. the encouragement that, while not easy, it’s worth it.. the edification throughout each chapter.. the excellent reading and performance by Hillary.. I could go on and on!! I’ve been meaning to read the book, but haven’t gotten to it. I am so incredibly thankful that I found it on Audible! And I can not wait to check out the website that I, somehow, never knew existed! I’m thankful that there are Godly women out there helping and encouraging others, like me! Especially in a time when truth seems to be such a taboo subject. I have a renewed desire and strength in me already, and feel better equipped! I thank God for y’all <3

Great book and narration

This book is packed full of not only much needed information for today's mama bears but also great ideas on how to implement all of the new information. I also really enjoyed the narration.

A must read for all Mamas!

Great book exploring the different “-isms” that make up today’s culture. Great points on discernment. I especially liked the chapter about linguistic theft and also how they point out to find the good in people/ideas rather than dismissing it/them. Liked the book so much that I’m buying a physical copy—so much I wanted to highlight!!
