I am so impressed with this book. So many amazing scriptures threaded through-out along with practical and helpful application. The way she reads our hearts as moms is so encouraging. She teaches on all the issues of mamas. Love this book!

Life Changing
I’m a grand mom now but find myself having the same reactions as when I was patenting...it hurt my heart then and it still does...I have guilt as well but realize “change” is possible thanks be to God and now your book...my 30yr daughter has triggers too so we are getting the workbook to do together. so relatable!
It was tough to hear some hard truths in many of the stories.. I could see myself and the PROBLEMS I cause from my unhealthy reactions to triggers. I am more confident now, in knowing I am not alone in this struggle.
now I know it's possible to make the changes in my own life and in my parenting!
