Marxists have ruined education

We all know about the disastrous quality of education our children are getting today. This book objectively explains the dangers of allowing the current system to persist, describes what a good education should look like (creating free thinkers, such as our forefathers were), and provides guidance on how to begin the century-long process of fixing education and saving our way of life, the greatest nation that ever existed, and the freedoms that we've inherited.

Unachievable. Ignoring allies

Outstanding presentation of how leftist philosophy has insinuated itself into our educational system and consequently into our society at large. Even though I have been following this problem for decades, the author presented many things of which I was unaware.

However, the solution tendered will never work and is not practical. Asking our society at this point in its evolution to put Jesus Christ in the center of all educational pursuit sounds wonderful if you were a Christian, but it is too much of an outlier to take root in a nation of 350 million souls.

There is a huge population of classical liberals and their children who would welcome the authors approach and reject the progressive philosophy in education if they were welcomed to the table. Insisting that Christ be the center of their child’s education will scare them away, however. A much more practical, and successful approach would be to fully integrate Christ’s message into classical education. — like Catholic schools are supposed to do, but do not.

Amazing! Enlightening! Mind Blowing!

This book was phenomenal. I decided long before I read this book to fight against my child going into the public school system. Now after reading this I have been given a multitude of information that will help me in this battle. I will be listening to this book multiple times as the information in it is very deep and intellectual. I had to slow.it down, rewind it, and pause to look up certain words. It was well worth it as I have learned imperative information that I would have probably never come across otherwise. staring with the word piedeia...mind blowing.

My eyes are open!

I really enjoyed this book. It's so interesting to go back and see how history has been changed over the past century. This is a must read not only for Christians but also Patriots! I am not a "woke" person, but I am definitely awake now!

Wonderful finally a book that addresses the disease not the symptom. A fantastic must read for parents.

This is a fantastic book that addresses the disease not the symptoms of our current dilemma in the United States of America. As a parent of children that attended a classical Christian school in conjunction with our homeschool program I cannot emphasize enough the benefits of a classical Christian education.

The most important book of the last century

Amazing historical account the loss of the USA and how to reclaim her. For years I've been perplex by the 1000s of strongly Christian quotes by our founding fathers coexisting with the pyramid and seeing eye on our dollar bills and mason membership by most of them.
Hegseth documents the removal of the Western Christian Paideia from our society and the replacement by radical progressivism starting 300+ years ago that is bringing about the insanity we're seeing in our country and across the world.

Riveting

A MUST read if you want to understand how the left has corrupted out educational system to control the minds of our children and ultimately our country. Although, a dire situation, Mr. Hegseth explains how it is not too late to get involved to start reversing the dangerous direction our country is heading. Highly recommend.

Praying that Christian Americans will rise up

It’s said that over 70% of Americans identify as Christians.. therefore we are the majority and we are called to teach out future generations! The moment prayer was taken out of schools we should’ve fought back without ceasing to have that unconstitutional SCOTUS ruling overturned! We Christian’s have no one to blame but ourselves for the unraveling that has taken place in our schools…we should’ve fought, without ceasing, until prayer was reinstated in our schools!! It’s high time we stand up and carry our cross, no matter what the personal and collective sacrifice! The progressive’s have one thing on their side that we don’t.. they work together and stand in unity to get their evil agenda done! We too must unify, putting aside our differences, religiously and politically . We are Christian’s before all else. 2 Chronicles says it best… “If my people ,who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways. Then I will hear from heaven, and I will heal their land!”

We must build back our homes , our families, OUR SCHOOLS on that SURE foundation, that solid rock of ages.. which is now, and forever will be, Jesus Christ, the one and only Son of The ONE TRUE GOD!
