Great first part in the series

This storyline is great! Mila has an amazing talent at creating intrigue, twists, passion and just all the emotions one would go through whilst navigating love and a relationship. I love that Frankie is a strong willed woman but also falls for Fausto. There were times that I found her aggravating but those were also times when she was being aggravating so Mila did a great job in producing that emotion to the reader. I love the tension between Fausto and Frankie and what a cliffhanger! So glad I don’t have to wait for the second book. The narration is really great. Antonio and Charlotte are new to me and I have really enjoyed listening to them bring these characters to life and experiencing the range of emotion they produce.

Interesting storyline for a common trope

First off, I can’t wait for Giuliano’s story! I loved his character and I enjoyed the evolving storyline in the background. I’m not a huge fan of the male narrator for the part of Fausto. He sounded too old and I struggled to reconcile the voice with the character. However, other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the female narrator was great.

Love this book!

Loved this book! The twist and turns plus all that steamy romance! The male narrator is not my favorite but still loved the book!

Fausto and Frankie

I enjoyed Frankie and Fausto's story! it was full of angst and action and definitely kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next.

the narration was pretty good. it I didn't mind the accents but it could be a little much at times.

Fausto & Francesca

This book was so well written, but pissed me off from the beginning. I detest Francesca’s father & Fausto as well! I had to stop reading & listening every so often bcz of how she was treated. It is absolutely a page turner but so infuriating as well. The narration was well done.

Wow

Wow! This was an amazing book from beginning to end. I loved Francesca from the beginning. She is strong and she knows what she wants. I liked that she didn't just give in to everything. But she didnt come across bratty to me. Fausto is a bit tougher for me to love. He is one of those men that you kind of love to hate. I cannot wait to see what happens in books 2. All I can say is...Let the groveling begin.

Took some time to get into the narration but a great story. Immediately downloaded book 2!!!

If You Love Exceptional Narration

Loved the real Italian mafioso and his beautiful young, self-aware love interest. A kidnapped-to-love novel. Pretty hot spice - definitely for the sexually mature.

You will also learn the Italian language and a bit about Italian cuisine! Artfully written dialogue with superior/entertaining thought processes narrated.

it's really 👍good

I really enjoyed it and will be purchasing the next book hopefully it's just as good. only complaint I have is that it was too short and could have been 1 book instead of 2. In my opinion also I wish the heroine wasn't such a pushover all the time because of the good sex it was annoying! Other than that it was very entertaining listening to the chemistry development of these two characters and I love the sex 👌🏼🤗🤭
