Good read

I'm not sure if the techniques will actually work but I do like how the book gave an alternative point of view to the idea of only losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. It explained why it's not only conceivable to lose weight but also safe.

Practical, straightforward suggestions

Nothing groundbreaking, but I like the direct suggestions. The book is very short but I appreciate that she got to the point. I do believe that following her plan would work. I am taking a few suggestions with me to put into practice.
