What stood out the most was getting emotional control to exercise good communication

I liked the layout of the story, however with text and email being so prominent I would like people to understand it doesn’t take the place of interpersonal communication

Empathetic Listening

This short book summarizes why you should care about empathetic listening and some useful advice for implementing it in practice. The main target audience is the layman and can listen to it in around an hour. I agree with the significance of the concepts that the author describes.
