Very encouraging
The amount of detail in this trilogy is very impressive. Not only does it include quotes from some of the greatest, but it gives a brief history, instructions on how your stance and movements should be, and is extremely encouraging, especially since most people do consider boxing a male sport. Until reading this, I didn't even know that boxing could be considered HIIT. Listening to this has encouraged me to take up boxing just for the exercise.

As a professional fighter I give this a thumbs up!
This Trilogy not only gives the ends and outs for a beginner, but it also gives extended knowledge of the psychology of boxing. I really love how you get 3 books in 1. The first one goes over the fundamentals, which is so important. Even though I have been fighting for 6 years, I still do the same technique drills mention in this book everyday. The drills mention in this book are also what my coach makes me do which is confirmation this book is 100% factual. The second book is boxing for teenagers which is pretty cool and the third book is boxing for women. I'm also a women's fighter. I highly recommend this trilogy! It's a good family buy.
