About this listen

A remarkable emotional, sensual, and visual journey.

Mark Bell is a top Beverly Hills criminal defense attorney. He becomes obsessed with proving his wife Kat's loyalty after discovering a hidden cache of journals and intimate photos which document a sexual appetite she has never shared with him, even though they have been married for 10 years.

Mark broods over Kat's journals - until fate provides a way for him to test Kat's loyalty.

It's brilliant - as long as Kat never finds out.

Unique story

I normally don’t read this kind of story. When I read the excerpt and saw a man wrote it, I was intrigued. No offense guys, but it’s hard to find books about love written by men. I almost always love them. It’s nice to hear their take on a story. This was amazing. I know some readers will be reluctant since it involves cheating, but don’t worry, the husband brought it on himself. He set the whole thing up. Kat was so beautiful and sweet and a very devoted wife and mother. Her husband , Mark, was a big criminal defense attorney and had no time for her. She was like a trophy wife. He was never interested in anything she liked and wouldn’t talk about his day because he felt she couldn’t understand legal stuff. He asked her one day about the mileage on the car and she never answered. So he gets suspicious. Now comes the good part. A guy approaches him to act as an attorney for his friend. But they have no money. So he takes the case if the guy, Maus, will go on a skiing trip and try and seduce his wife. But he must get pictures. This is the best adventure. I don’t want to tell you how it ends. Mark is real shallow and thinks money can buy anything. In the end, what truly makes one happy? Kat finds material things aren’t what make or break you. She would rather have quality time spent with a loved one than a lot of time with all kinds of fine things and money. Maus is a simple guy who has been in the war. He is so hot. And very likable. I felt so bad when they returned home and Mark had hidden all the messages from him and emails. Read this guys. You will like it.

I liked the narrator but hated her voice for Kat most of the time. It was ok though.
