Mixed Feelings
I enjoyed the story but struggled to get through it because of the narrator. As a result, reading this book would have been the best choice.
Kristin Hannah has had many excellent narrators for her audio books, but fell short this time.

A storyline that hits close to home for many
I enjoyed the story very much. It's one a lot of middle aged women identify with closely. It was difficult to listen to though, and I wish I'd read the book instead. The narrator doesn't have a strong grasp on reading with punctuation in mind.

An Excellent Book to Encourage Us All to Take Risks
I thought that this story was well worth listening to! Really liked the message of pursuing your dreams, and living life in the moment. Don't get so caught up in thinking about the future that you miss the beauty of what you have and living in the present. I also liked that the heroine dared to finally pursue her dream even at 45 and realized that it was enjoying the process of becoming an artist rather than becoming famous. This is a very good book for many to read as it teaches us not to live our lives on the sidelines and to take risks.
