it was good.

First book was good I like the performance/narration the storyline was good.
As for the second book it was just ok. The female narrator was way the breathy. It was like she was trying to be husky in parts it made the book hard to finish.

Love the Narrators

As usual, Troy Duran & Anastasia Whatley do an excellent narrative of the book. Book was good and kept my attention. Dirty Santa is great.

Another fun and sexy listen by my fav author D.L and her dream team narrators ...Troy & Ana! EKKK J'adore!
The story was interesting and it had a couple of sexy scenes! Score!

In the beginning, I felt the love between our lead characters Dante & Tori
This book had a lots of hair raising action and thrilling moments! ...bonus!

FACT: I dont care for weak female characters in general.
Tori starts out Uber smart... college educated, journalist, independent woman - AHHH ...we were on a roll ladies!

Not sure why D.L turned her into a weak female....?
Things spiraled for me when Tori couldn't find a work address and ended up driving into the "hood". I can't believe anybody would be dense enough to get out of the car when dealing with gangs n guns. (really?) I mean, all she had to do was turn her car around and go the other direction... getting the heck outta Dodge!! Instead, she drives directly into trouble which causes the Domino effect. (sigh)

Tori turns stalker - she's fakes having her car fixed at the MC auto shop (sigh), noses around their ultra "locked down" ground as if nobody would notice her and is spyin on Dante (even though he told her off saying he didn't want anything to do with her!!) TOTAL JERK!

Tori is supposed to be "on top of things" but doesnt notice a car following her (in a super small town) and ends up.... abducted. (all because of Dante and his dopy brother) After all of the intense angst and drama (and horrible things Dante said to her)....Tori still wants Dante back! (HUHHH?) Dante is a crass, rude, awkward dude (no gentleman) Sorry but Tori comes off 100% desperate!

In chapter 33 when Dante comes to her door, assuming he can easily sweep her off her feet again... I wish she would have stood up for herself and slammed the door in his face! After the way, Dante treated her and all the horrible things he said to her I don't think she should have given him a second chance. Hence my alternate ending: (lol)
I would have preferred Tori move out of town, taking a new and exciting journalist position out of state. Leaving ol' Dante in the dust! He can have all the club girls he wants. Tori was way too good for him. (preach!)

Epilogue: Tori gets promoted after one year at her new job. Dante goes looking for her, but when he catches up with her, she's already dating a new hot man (equally if not hotter than he was) Tori is engaged and ends up, telling Dante off the same way he treated her... Sending him packing! AHHH!!! A little retribution never hurt anybody lol.

Overall a fun book - Namaste MC lovers!!

It's a good story overall .. but with Tori .. she is a damsel in distress (not really wanting to be, but as a news reporter you think she would be more alert on things). grab a tissue ... we lose a semi-old lady...

Cute and fun

Love this. Cute, smart and witty, sexy and good sense of reality. Very believable story line. Needed this in my life. Great read. I’ll be checking out more of her writings.

Dante & Tori

Dante & Tori had an Instant attraction to each other. A sweet love story, no cheating or angst. Little MC action.
Bonus story “Dirty Santa” really has no story or plot. Troy Duran’s voice is superb.

An amazingly captivating, and entertaining journey to go on with Tori and Dante. This book had a little bit of everything; intrigue, suspense, angst, betrayal, and of course romance. I loved every single second of this book. This audiobook included the Novella Dirty Santa which is deliciously sinful and sweet.

Now she's an expert.

Did you hear the part at 19:48? The speech about the heart? Lady give me a break!!
