Dang his voice makes me squirm

The male voice in story could make panties drop all on it's own. I've never experienced that before. I'm going to see if I can find other books he reads. LOL!

The only thing I don't like about this book is the main characters name Seton. Every time they say it I sounds like Satan. Kinda throws off the moment when they are in a sensual moment.

This is a first book by this author for me. Great book I can't wait for the rest of the series.
The female performance was great. The male performance was panty melting. The deep raspyness of his voice yummy.😋

This one's better than the Kingda Ka roller coaster! AHHH!

First of all, I wanna say that DL is my favorite writer. Her words and her style mesh with my thoughts and feelings. Thank you for easing my mind and making my evenings more enjoyable. I would rather be listening to one of her exciting MC books than watching TV!

The opening scene when Gray is introduced, I thought his character was quite crass. (especially the first meet up with C) by the way .... Was it just me...every time they said her name It sounded like they were saying Satan. ...Lol

I fell in love with both characters and I was rooting for them up until chapter 21 when the SH*thit the fan. UHH! LOL!
Overall, the book was fulfilling and WHITE HOT!!! Gracias D.L
I was thrilled "C" ended up getting an internship. She deserved it!

🫦However, this is how I would have ended this book for the ultimate angst...

After the blowout in chapter 21, I would've had Citan take a job out of state interning at a new and exciting bistro (moving her far far away from Grey aka: Man-child and his childlike ways.)

A year later, I would have Grey come looking for her realizing what he's. Fortunately C would have already MOVED on with her new career, apartment and man! C would finally stand up to Grey (aka: manchild) and turn him away sending him packing!!!

I would introduce C's character to a new handsome gentleman at the restaurant who actually treats her with respect, kindness, and love + be a GOD in the sack!

Eventually C and her new beau "Wess" open a bistro together in Chicago!

Man child, Grey returns home to play big cheese to the new prospects but is not fulfilled. He suffers from erectile disfunction and not even the club girls can make him happy. Grey reads about C's successful Chicago scratch kitchen. Accompanying the online article is a wedding photo of Citan and her new hubby Wess. - The end! AHHH

💋Yippee Skippy I had to get that out there folks. Sorry, but once Gray crossed the line and made a fool of C there was no turning back for me. I still enjoyed the book. Fun writing and ultra sexy scenes. Kudos and bravo to Troy and Anastasia you guys are the best. Keep them coming DL. Until the next MC adventure.

Loved it !! this story. the narrator is so fantastic it's like your really there!! After listening to this story,. I totally enjoyed reading this book. It’s well written and the characters were uniquely fantastic. I would suggest this book to my friends that like this sort of genera. this was a good book. The narrator was great.

It's Good But....

The story is good and I enjoyed it. I LOVE Troys voice so I'm always a fan of his narration!
But, the story could have been expanded a little bit. They "fell in love" pretty much after one night together and although I do believe in love at first sight, that's not at all how this story was written. They just like, were in love the next day and it was read to us like that was a normal, typical thing and that part was a bit hard for me to swallow. But otherwise still a good story, especially for a free book! Not sure if spend a credit on it, but a free story is definitely worth the listen!

Story line

Like the flow of the story. Not the usual storyline for how two characters meet all those years ago as children under horrible circumstances in a series like this. Enjoyable listening.

mc world with a romantic twist

very well written . Can't wait to hear more from this author hope there is a book to include the wedding and how her brother accepts his pres marring his sister

Loved Gray and C’s story. Not your hard core MC story but definitely engaging and well done hot as hell alphas keep it interesting!!!
Narration is incredible, Troy is sooooo sexy and Anastasia is new to me but definitely rises to my top five.
Worth the credit or coin, Rush in you won’t be sorry!

From the plot to the narration, this book was a pleaser. This is the perfect book if you're looking to delve into the world of MC Romances. It's not too dark or heavy, but it gives a good view of what literary MC life is like.
