I felt a shift on day one

The audiobook is great. The author offers well-thought out intuition-centered affirmations that you can recite and internalize. The author goes on to explain the power of repeating affirmations and how to craft affirmations that are are not harmful but are realistic and effective. His explanation of how the subconscious mind works is really useful and he goes into how to rewire it to achieve what you want, change your mindset, and change your life. These are just a few things he goes into. If you are interested in deepening your connection to your intuition, this is a great thing to add to your toolbox on your journey. This is a wonderful addition to a daily affirmations/meditation routine—whether you do it in the morning or night time. I definitely started feeling shifts within just a few days of incorporating it into my routine…and really as early as the first day.

My only critique about the audiobook is the following: I kinda wish there was a longer pause between the affirmations he says but I’ve managed to roughly figure out how quickly I need to recite them before he moves on to the next one. And for the few that are a bit longer or that I want to internalize a bit more, I just pause the recording to internalize them and recite them if I need extra time.

It made me realize how my mind can self sabotage.

I really enjoyed. I will definitely listen each day and put into practice. I didn’t realize until now how I was saying the affirmations incorrectly

intuitions with an S makes me crazy

if I could ignore it until I went to sleep and just listened to it while sleeping I'm sure it would be great, but it irritated me before zi could get to sleep, hearing him say intuitiomS in okay like 5 times in a 2 minute span prevented me from leaving it on, and/or falling aaleep.
