Great Read
Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle: The Quick and Easy Way to Transform Your Life with Sustainable weight Loss and Numerous Other Health Benefits to Help You Thrive was a good read by Ann Omasta and C.M. Love. This was a great book with tips to lose weight with intermittent fasting. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the authors.

Intermittent fasting
