Super Helpful!!!

I didn't really know if this would help me or not. I've tried others similar to it and they didn't really do the trick for me. For some reason, this time was different. I've been feeling a pull, almost like guilty if I don't do a certain amount to get closer to my goals. It's been a welcome change to wasting time and feeling bad about it.
