Jolene’s inner thoughts were woefully familiar and I loved how she progressed in what felt like an honest way.
Loved this book. Couldn’t stop listening. I was nervous about half way through as I anticipated all the ways it could end and I only wanted it to end with hope. For many people involved.

a great book to make you think about mental health and toxic workplaces. to reflect on how you show up and are you being kind or are you being petty. overall felt like something I would suggest as like summer must read for anyone struggling with self-love and acceptance.

Great performance by Nasim Pedrad!
Nasim Pedrad's performance makes this book a fun listen. There were many LOL moments. I was drawn to the story because of the plot of the story (layoffs, HR, corp culture). Highly recommend!
